Return/Refund:  We want you to love everything you purchase from Delta Darlings! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free of stains or odors, and have all original tags attached. Please contact us before sending any item back. Once your return is acknowledged, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be loaded to your account.  If you check out as a guest, then a discount code will be given for future purchases.  Store credit is only good for online purchases and cannot be used at Levee Street Marketplace. 

Sale & Clearance Items: All sale, clearance, discounted, and final-sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure of your purchase before checking out these items.

Shoes: Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original box or packaging. Please try shoes on indoors to ensure they are the right fit before wearing them outside.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: We carefully check every order before it leaves Delta Darlings. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Shipping: $8 flat-rate shipping on your order, or FREE SHIPPING on orders of $75 or more!  We do offer local pickup for free but see requirements below. 

Orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, please allow approximately 3–6 business days for delivery. 

Please remember that weekends, holidays, weather, and carrier delays can sometimes affect delivery times. We’ll always do our part to get your goodies out the door and head your way as quickly as possible! 

Free Local Pickup — In county outside Vicksburg, Mississippi

Free local pickup is available for customers who can pick up their order in rural Vicksburg, Mississippi. Please note that our pickup location is not in downtown Vicksburg or at our boutique booth at Levee Street Marketplace. Pickup is from a secure drop box location off Hwy 27 in Vicksburg. Orders selected for local pickup will be ready for pickup 2 business days after the order is received. Pickup details and instructions will be provided once your check out is complete. Orders must be picked up within 14 business days of being ready for pickup.

If an order is not picked up within the 14-business-day pickup period, the items will be considered abandoned and may be donated to a local charity. No refund will be issued for an order that is not picked up within the required timeframe. Delta Darlings will make a reasonable attempt to contact customers as a reminder that their order is past due to pick up. However, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to monitor their order and ensure that it is picked up within the required timeframe.

For pick up directions:  Your order will be available for pickup at 150 Hoxie Road.  Your order will be placed in the drop box labeled "Pick Up".  Each package will be clearly tagged with your name, so it's easy to find your order.   For security and peace of mind, security cameras are in place to help keep your order safe.

Tracking & Delivery:  For the best order updates, we encourage customers to create an account at checkout. A tracking number will be provided for orders placed through a customer account once the order ships. Guest checkout is available upon request. If you choose to check out as a guest, please contact us if you would like tracking information for your order. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Delta Darlings is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged while in transit. Please use the tracking information provided to monitor your package and contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Turn around: 1-2 business days for ready to ship items.  Pre-orders will be specified on items with ship out dates.
